Ethan is an ex-Google software engineer, with both master's and bachelor's degrees from UC Berkeley. He tutors computer science, ranging from mentoring Python and Java projects, working through bugs in computer science class projects, preparing for CS exams, and USACO competition training. He also teaches Multivariable Calculus, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations, and test preparation, having scored a 36 on the ACT Math, 170 on the GRE quantitative section, 800 on the SAT Math section, and 800 on the SAT II Math subject test.
He strongly encourages students to ask questions and be curious, and finds that the more interested students are in their lessons, the better their results.
