Andrew is a fourth-year doctoral student at Northwestern's School of Education and Social Policy. Previously, Andrew was a teacher and dean at the Berkeley Carroll School in Brooklyn, NY. At BC, he taught in the History and English departments and designed elective courses in American, Caribbean, and South African history. He discovered his deep interest in the history of race, class, gender, and sexuality while a student at Yale, where he earned a BA/MA in History. As an educator, Andrew especially enjoys developing one-on-one relationships with students and so finds tutoring an opportunity for meaningful intellectual connection and mutual growth.
